采用水溶液聚合法制备吸水剂,同时采用了正交实验法分析了交联剂、引发剂、白蟮泥添加量、AM添加量、中和度、温度等因素对吸水倍数的影响;并且测试了保水剂的吸水速度和保水能力;在电子扫描镜下观察了高吸水保水材料的表面特征。最后得出:该类吸水剂的最佳制备条件为丙烯酰胺(AM)用量为50%~60%、交联剂为0.08%、引发剂为0.45%~0.5%、中和度为60%~70%、温度为50、膨润土的为5%,该类吸水剂吸水速度快。
The water-absorbing agent was prepared by aqueous solution polymerization method. At the same time, orthogonal experiment was used to analyze the influence of factors such as cross-linking agent, initiator, white mud, AM dosage, neutralization degree and temperature on water absorption multiples. Super absorbent polymer water retention rate and water retention capacity; electron microscopic observation of the super absorbent polymer surface features. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the preparation of such water-absorbing agent were as follows: the amount of acrylamide (AM) was 50% -60%, the crosslinking agent was 0.08%, the initiator was 0.45% ~ 0.5%, the degree of neutralization was 60% 70%, a temperature of 50, 5% of bentonite, such absorbent absorbent speed.
