社会适应能力是指人为了在社会上更好生存而进行的心理上、生理上以及行为上的各种适应性的改变,与社会达到和谐状态的一种执行适应能力。社会适应能力是每个自然人最重要的能力之一,对于不同的人群应当具有不同的标准。智障学生的社会适应能力应包括个人生活自理能力、自我约束能力、基本劳动能力、社会交往能力、职业发展能力。笔者认为,在培养智障学生的生活适应能力方面,应当坚持以下五个步骤,做到以下五个结合:
Social adaptability refers to the ability of people to adapt to society to achieve a harmonious state through various adaptive changes in psychology, physiology and behavior in order to have a better social existence. Social adaptation is one of the most important abilities of every natural person and should have different standards for different people. The social adaptability of the mentally handicapped students should include the ability of self-care of individual life, self-restraint, basic ability of work, social interaction and career development. The author believes that in fostering students’ ability to adapt to life, we should adhere to the following five steps to achieve the following five combinations:
