本文首先论述了开展现代公路企业风险管理的必要性和现代公路企业风险管理的概念,然后从风险的识别、预测和处理三个方面对现代公路企业风险管理步骤进行了阐述,又从培养高素质的风险管理人才、进行风险意识的全员渗透、辩证看待风险、建立风险预警和分析机制、完善内控制度和风险管理系统、正确对待风险事故六个方面对现代公路企业风险管理措施进行了阐述。
This paper first discusses the necessity of modern highway enterprise risk management and the concept of modern road enterprise risk management.
