构建有效的培训体系是提高员工能力提升业绩的有效方法。为了加强对电力企业员工培训工作的理解,本文在对企业员工培训理论以及员工培训价值分析模型整理的基础上,以广东电网有限责任公司教育培训评价中心的领导力培训作为典型案例,分析目前电力企业在员工培训工作价值上的现状及存在问题,并指出电力企业未来在员工培训工作中努力的方向。
