7月28—30日,全国司法厅(局)长会议在江西井冈山召开。这次会议的主要任务是,全面贯彻落实党的十七大和十七届四中全会精神,以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,深入贯彻落实科学发展观,贯彻落实全国政法工作电视电话会议和全国社会治安综合治理工作会议精神,紧紧围绕深入推进三项重点工作和加强社会建设、创新社会管理,总结今年上半年工作,研究部署下半年工作,推动全年各项工作任务全面落实。会上,北京、天津等11个省(市)司法厅(局)的负责同志作了大会发言。现将发言综述予以刊登,供读者学习借鉴。
