课堂教学中往往会呈现这样的情景:教师精心设计了教学过程,做了充分准备,在课堂上充满激情,不断启发引导;但是学生却面无表情,态度漠然,近乎麻木地对待眼前的一切。教学效果可想而知。问题出在何处?我们常常把原因归结到学生身上,是他们启而不发,是他们缺乏学习的热情。那又是谁让他们失去了学习的热情呢?其实,归根结底,问题还是出在我们教师身上。 Classroom teaching often presents such a situation: the teacher has elaborated the teaching process, has been fully prepared, passionate in the classroom, and constantly inspire and guide; but students are deadpan, indifferent attitude, almost numb to treat everything in sight. Teaching effect can be imagined. Where are the problems? We often attribute the reasons to the students, that is, they are inspired and lack enthusiasm for learning. That is why they let them lose the enthusiasm of learning it? In fact, in the final analysis, the problem lies with our teachers.
