采用改良微量细胞毒方法检测30例正常人和59例急性白血病外周血T细胞亚群。结果正常人CD_3~+68.7±7.0%,CD_4~+45.5±6.4%,CD_8~+25.7±4.0%,CD_4~+/CD_8~+1.71±0.26。急性白血病发作期CD_4~+/CD_8~+1.06±0.50,缓解期CD_4~+/CD_8~+略有升高(1.18±0.48),缓解后2个月以内者CD_4~+/CD_8~+1.12±0.53,缓解后6个月以上者1.23±0.43,仍较对照组为低。该方法稳定可靠、简便经济,可为一般临床实验室推广。并对T细胞亚群改变的临床意义加以讨论。
T-cell subsets of peripheral blood were detected in 30 healthy controls and 59 acute leukemia patients by modified microtitration cytotoxicity assay. Results Normal CD_3 ~ + 68.7 ± 7.0%, CD_4 ~ + 45.5 ± 6.4%, CD_8 ~ + 25.7 ± 4.0% and CD_4 ~ + / CD_8 ~ + 1.71 ± 0.26. CD_4 ~ + / CD_8 ~ + 1.06 ± 0.50 in the episode of acute leukemia increased slightly (1.18 ± 0.48) in remission stage, while CD_4 ~ + / CD_8 ~ + 1.12 ± 0.53, 1.23 ± 0.43 after 6 months of remission, still lower than the control group. The method is stable and reliable, simple and economical, and can be generalized for clinical laboratories. And to discuss the clinical significance of T cell subsets change.
