第二批党的群众路线教育实践活动启动以来,荆州市总工会坚持贯彻落实中央、省委和市委要求,扎实开展学习教育、征求意见,坚持边学边查边改,确保教育实践活动高效健康有序推进。一、坚持一把手负总责,在组织领导上用真力一是亲自挂帅。荆州市委启动群众路线教育实践活动之后,市总工会迅速召开党组会议,成立了党的群众路线教育实践活动领导小组,领导小组下设办公室,办公室下设工作专班,定期召开碰头会,听取进展情况和存在的问题。主要领导在第一时间安排部署教育实践活动,不等待、不观望,认真履行第一责任人职责。
