新造珠江特大桥主墩承台大体积混凝土温度控制与分析

介绍了新造珠江特大桥主墩承台大体积混凝土温度控制技术措施,考虑水管冷却作用,运用三维有限元程序对该承台施工过程的温度场进行了数值计算,并与实测结果进行了对比分析,结果表明:有限元计算结果与实测值吻合良好,有限元方法是有效可行的。利用有限元模型,对混凝土水管冷却的影响因素进行了参数分析。 This paper introduces the technical measures for temperature control of mass concrete in the newly constructed main pier cap of Zhujiang River Bridge. Considering the cooling effect of water pipe, the temperature field of the cap during the construction process is numerically calculated by three-dimensional finite element program and compared with the measured results. The results show that the finite element method is in good agreement with the measured data, and the finite element method is effective and feasible. The finite element model is used to analyze the influencing factors of concrete water pipe cooling.
