一、材料与方法1 材料 :收集我院 1997～ 1999年间卵巢粘液癌蜡块 12份 ,肠粘液癌蜡块 18份 ,及网膜种植性和淋巴结转移性粘液癌蜡块 7份 ,癌组织均经 4%甲醛固定 ,石蜡包埋 ,ＨＥ染色。病理结果均经 3位病理医师证实。将其分为 2组 :(1)已知组 :原发于卵巢的粘液癌 12例 (其中
Materials and methods 1 Materials: 12 cases of ovarian mucinous carcinoma paraffin blocks, 18 cases of intestinal mucinous carcinoma paraffin blocks and 7 pieces of omentum-embedded and lymph node metastatic mucinous carcinoma paraffin blocks were collected from 1997 to 1999 in our hospital. Fixed with 4% formaldehyde, embedded in paraffin and stained with HE. Pathological results were confirmed by 3 pathologists.
