江苏冶金机械厂自行设计了一台2000×20毫米三辊卷板机。这台设备改进了一般卷板机下压仅靠丝杠的典型结构,而在丝杠压下部分增加了导轨引导机构,将扭矩转嫁到导轨上,因而大大地减少了丝杠上所受的扭力。这台设备从1967年投产至今,从未发生过丝杠扭断事故,有时超载到卷制30毫米厚2米宽的 A_3钢板,也是能胜任的。充分说明了将原集中在丝杠上的压制扭力分散到大面积的导轨接触面上,因而使得承载能力大大地增加。现将设计情况简介如下:
Jiangsu Metallurgical Machinery Factory designed a 2000 × 20 mm three-roll Bending Machine. This device improves the typical structure of the general coiling machine under the pressure screw only, and in the screw reduction part of the guide rail guide mechanism, the torque transferred to the rail, thus greatly reducing the screw on the subject Torque.
