近年来,我国粮食已由长期短缺转为供需基本平衡、丰年有余,粮食产销脱节的矛盾日益突出。主要表现为粮食品种结构不合理,劣质品种所占比重偏大,与我国当前的消费水平不适应,致使国有粮食购销企业销售不畅,库存大量积压,严重地影响了收购资金封闭运行和良性循环。贵港市近年来在稳定粮食产量的同时,以市场为导向,积极调整和优化粮食品种结构,不断扩大优质品种粮食的种植面积,有效地解决了粮食产销脱节的问题。
In recent years, the grain supply in our country has shifted from a long-term shortage to a basic balance between supply and demand. However, there have been many harvest years and conflicts between grain production and marketing have become increasingly prominent. Mainly manifested in the unreasonable structure of grain varieties, the proportion of inferior varieties is too large, and China’s current level of consumption does not meet, resulting in poor sales of state-owned grain buying and selling businesses, a large backlog of inventory, seriously affected the acquisition of funds closed operation and a virtuous circle . In recent years, while stabilizing grain output, Guigang City has taken a market-oriented approach and has actively adjusted and optimized the grain variety structure and continuously expanded the acreage of high-quality varieties of grain so as to effectively solve the problem of disjointed grain production and sales.
