近年来,医患关系日趋紧张,由医患纠纷引发的医务人员被杀、被打的恶性案例屡见不鲜,俨然已成为百姓关注的热点社会问题。医患关系紧张不但造成病人家属不满,医务人员工作环境恶化,对医院的医学发展、国民健康水平的提高都不利,在和谐医患关系的构建中,良好的医患沟通是基础。我们在2013年2月3日至2013年2月26日采用问卷发放的形式,进行调查,面向全国4个城市的患者群体,从医患沟通的问题特点与影响因素中出发,对数据进行分析,旨在提出有效的对策建议。1对象和方法 1.1对象4个城市在院患者及其直系家属,各科室医务工作人员。本次调查共发放调查问卷486份,回收有效问卷484
In recent years, the doctor-patient relationship has become increasingly tense. The medical staffs who were caused by the doctor-patient dispute were killed and the vicious cases of being hit were not uncommon. It has become a hot social issue that people have been concerned about. Tensions between doctors and patients not only caused the dissatisfaction of patients’ families and the deteriorating working environment of medical personnel, but also adversely affected the medical development of hospitals and the improvement of national health. In the construction of harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, good doctor-patient communication was the foundation. We conducted a questionnaire survey on February 3, 2013 to February 26, 2013.
