本文分析我院NICU应用机械通气并行气道分泌物培养及药物敏感试验 42例 (男 30例 ,女 12例 ) ,不包括感染性肺炎患儿。结果显示插管时间愈长 ,分泌物培养阳性愈高。共培养 42次 ,阳性 34例 ,阴性 8例 ,致病菌以革兰氏阴性杆菌为主。其中克雷伯氏菌属居首位占 10例 ,假单胞菌属 9例 ,沙雷氏菌属 2例 ,大肠埃希氏菌 2例 ,不动杆菌属 2例 ,金黄色葡萄球菌 1例 ,肺炎链球菌 1例 ,其他菌属 7例。文中进行了各细菌敏感和耐药试验。
