我从每一届学生的初一开始,就在每节语文课开头的三分钟,安排学生进行演讲活动,以此作为训练学生口头表达能力的一个重要环节。我的具体要求是:人人参与,按学号轮流,每课一人,内容不定。上课铃一响,轮到的同学就上台演讲。可以带提纲,但不可读稿子。每次演讲都记分,期末计入小作文成绩。一开始,学生感到陌生、心慌,不习惯,眼睛不敢正视同学,像“背书”一样;有的甚至尚未开口,就满脸通红,结结巴巴,不知所云。针对这些情况,我首先让刚进初一的学生选择演讲的内容,要求由浅入深,由易而难。比如先朗诵一些自己写的小诗,说一段自己亲
