酶联免疫吸附试验是广泛应用于临床检验诊断的免疫学检验技术,实验教学中采用该技术检测“乙肝两对半”。为适应中职生教育人才培养模式的教学改革,使学生符合具有“理论知识适度、技术应用能力强”的要求,我们对实验教学内容和方法进行改革,从适用性角度选题,通过实验操作考核,采取以考促学的手段,加强酶联免疫吸附试验的训练力度,提高学生实验操作能力,培养学生独立工作的能力。
Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay is widely used in clinical laboratory diagnosis of immunological test technology, experimental teaching using this technology to detect “Hepatitis B two and a half ”.
