非正常情况下接发列车是在铁路工作中是一个难点的问题,因为每一辆列车进站站台、进站时间都是有着固定的时间和规划的,当列车出现意外或其他事故时,不能正常的接发列车就会对整个车站的工作带来很多的困扰,同时在非正常情况下,列车的安全管理的面临严峻的考验,本文针对在非正常情况下车站接发列车的安全管理工作进行了讨论,分析了存在的问题,并提出相应的解决问题。
