用结核杆菌H37Rv株感染小鼠制备动物模型,在观察感染性小鼠脾脏NK细胞活性的动态变化的同时,观察结核特异性转移因子(TFm·Tb)对感染性小鼠脾脏NK细胞活性的影响。以了解TFm·Tb辅助治疗结核病的免疫作用机制。结果表明:小鼠感染结核毒力菌株后,脾脏NK细胞活性呈现先增强后下降的动态变化,TFm·Tb能增强感染性小鼠的脾脏NK细胞活性。
Infection of mice with Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv strain was used to prepare animal models. The dynamic changes of NK cell activity in spleen of infected mice were observed, and the effect of TFm · Tb on the activity of splenic NK cells in infected mice . To understand the TFm · Tb adjuvant therapy of tuberculosis immune mechanism. The results showed that the activity of NK cells in spleen increased first and then decreased in mice infected with TB virulent strains. TFm · Tb increased the activity of NK cells in the infected mice.
