改革开放14年来,首钢已发展成为一个特大型跨国企业,集钢铁、机械、电子、矿业、航运、建筑、金融等18个行业于一身,在国内11个省、市、自治区拥有100多家大中型企业、70多家联营合资企业、70多个科学技术研究院、所;在美洲、欧洲、东南亚、中东和独联体等13个国家和地区拥有18家海外企业;在香港有4个上市股份公司。首钢的发展令人瞩目,同时首钢在内部人才选拔、培训以及吸引国内外专家、学者、海外留学人员回国服务等方面也取得很大的成就,这为我国大中型企业如何合理利用国内外智力资源,加速企业技术进步,增强企业在国际市场上的竞争力提供了许多有益的借鉴经验。
In the past 14 years of reform and opening up, Shougang has developed into an ultra-large multinational corporation with 18 industries including iron and steel, machinery, electronics, mining, shipping, construction, and finance, and more than 100 in 11 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China. Medium-sized enterprises, more than 70 joint ventures, more than 70 science and technology research institutes, and 18 overseas companies in 13 countries and regions including the Americas, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and the Commonwealth of Independent States; 4 listed in Hong Kong Stock company. The development of Shougang has attracted a lot of attention. At the same time, Shougang has made great achievements in the selection and training of internal talents as well as attracting domestic and foreign experts, scholars, and overseas students to return home. This is how China’s large and medium-sized enterprises can make rational use of domestic and foreign intellectual resources. Accelerating technological progress of enterprises and enhancing their competitiveness in the international market have provided many useful lessons for reference.
