目的观察全面康复指导对脑梗死患者生活质量的影响。方法选择92例脑梗死患者,随机分为对照组和研究组各46例,对照组患者予常规的生活指导,研究组患者给予全面康复指导干预。结果两组的生活质量评分在护理前比较,无显著差异(P>0.05),两组的生活质量评分在护理后比较,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑梗死患者给予全面康复指导,可有效提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation on quality of life in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Ninety-two patients with cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group with 46 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given routine life guidance and study group were given comprehensive rehabilitation intervention. Results There was no significant difference in quality of life between the two groups before nursing (P> 0.05). The quality of life scores of the two groups were better than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction guidance, can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
