随着现代科技的进步,新兴工业的发展,许多传统工业企业陆续关停并转。但有些旧工厂的老职工们却并没有因此搬迁,依然留住在工厂旁的老旧工人社区里。这些老旧工人社区,是按照当时的标准建设的,与今天的居住条件相比,空间狭窄,居住不便,尤其是配套设施日益老化。因此,老旧工人社区居住环境的改造升级,已迫在眉睫。
With the advancement of modern science and technology and the development of new industries, many traditional industrial enterprises have been shut down and switched one after another. However, some old factory workers did not relocate, but remained in the old worker’s community next to the factory. These old workers ’communities are built according to the prevailing standards. Compared with today’s living conditions, the old workers’ communities are characterized by narrow space and inconvenient living conditions, and especially the aging of supporting facilities. Therefore, it is imminent that the living environment of the old workers should be rebuilt and upgraded.
