基于光纤光栅原理的加速度传感器是近年来土木、机电和航空航天等领域研究的热点。简要介绍了基于光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)的加速度传感器的基本工作原理及力学模型,重点阐述了国内外基于光纤光栅的不同结构原理的加速度传感器最新研究进展。按工作频率范围的高低,先后介绍了用于低频和高频测量的加速度传感器的开发研究现状,并介绍了用于多维加速度方向测量的光纤光栅传感器的发展现状,最后对光纤光栅加速度传感器的发展作进一步展望。
