中国入世,必将带来新一轮利用外资的热潮。目前我国农业和制造业已经基本上对外资开放,入世后,还将进一步开放基础设施和服务业。外商投资的法制和政策环境将大为改善。我国利用外资将进入一个新的快速增长期。我们认为,“十五”计划期间,我国年均吸收外商投资不低于500亿元,应是可能实现的。 中国入世后,利用外资的结构和方式将在5个方面发生新的变化: ——外资的产业分布将发生较大变化。制造业仍将是吸纳外商投资的主要领
China’s accession to the WTO will surely bring about a new round of upsurge in the utilization of foreign capital. At present, China’s agriculture and manufacturing industries have basically been open to foreign investment. After China’s accession to the WTO, it will further open its infrastructure and service industries. The legal system and policy environment for foreign investment will be greatly improved. China’s use of foreign investment will enter a new period of rapid growth. In our opinion, during the “10th Five-Year Plan” period, China should absorb at least 50 billion yuan of foreign investment annually, which should be possible. After China’s accession to the WTO, there will be five new changes in the structure and mode of utilizing foreign capital: - Major changes in the industrial distribution of foreign capital will take place. Manufacturing will still be the mainstay for attracting foreign investment
