本文根据笔者多年的实际操作和指导经验,针对一种典型的珠光体耐热钢——214Cr-1Mo材料,结合其焊接特性,更考虑焊接母材厚度较大,选用CO2气体保护焊方法来实施焊接过程。尤其是为了避免在焊接过程中出现冷裂纹等焊接缺陷,使焊接接头的各项力学性能指标能达到设计要求。经过不断修正,总结出了一个较为合理的焊接工艺,并在实际生产过程中指导企业员工进行实际验证,所获得的焊接接头的质量完全符合订货方的要求,为当地企业创造了一定的经济效益。 According to the author’s years of practical experience and guidance, a typical pearlite heat-resistant steel - 214Cr-1Mo material, combined with its welding characteristics, but also consider the larger thickness of the welding base metal, the choice of CO2 gas shielded welding method to implement Welding process. Especially in order to avoid the welding process such as cold cracks and other welding defects, so that the mechanical properties of welded joints can meet the design requirements. After continuous revision, summed up a more reasonable welding process, and in the actual production process to guide the staff to conduct practical verification, the quality of the welded joints obtained in full compliance with the ordering party’s requirements for the local business to create a certain economic benefits .
