建立了凝胶渗透色谱-示差-双角度激光光散射-四毛细管黏度多检测器联用技术测定聚羧酸产品的实验方法。以Na NO3溶液作为流动相,可以准确地测定聚羧酸减水剂样品的绝对分子质量和分子质量分布宽度、特性黏度、Mark-Houwink方程系数以及高分子尺寸等重要参数。测定了聚羧酸体系的折光指数增量值,验证了该方法的准确性,并对实际样品的测试结果进行了详尽的讨论。该方法可作为测试聚羧酸减水剂分子质量和分子尺寸的常规分析方法,为产品研发提供有力的分析手段。
The experimental method for the determination of polycarboxylic acid by Gel Permeation Chromatography-Differential-Double Angle Laser Light Scattering-Four Capillary Viscosity Multi-detector was established. Using NaNO3 as mobile phase, the parameters of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, such as absolute molecular weight, molecular weight distribution width, intrinsic viscosity, Mark-Houwink equation coefficient and macromolecule size can be accurately determined. The increment of refractive index of polycarboxylic acid system was measured, the accuracy of the method was verified, and the test results of actual samples were discussed in detail. The method can be used as a routine analytical method for testing molecular weight and molecular size of polycarboxylate water reducer, and provides a powerful analytical tool for product research and development.
