[例1] 故障现象 接通电源开关,插入带盒,机械传动机构动作不停,时而加载时而卸载,严重时机内发出“嗄嗄”声,几秒钟后停机自保。 分析与检修 根据插入带盒机械传动机构动作不停,并且机内发出“嘎嗄”声这一现象,初步判断故障存在机械传动机构内。拆开机壳和底板,用手动方法使机器处于半加载状态,检查发现各传动齿轮和方式状态开关定位孔位置已错乱。卸下各传动齿轮重新安装好后插入带盒重放,机器工作恢复正常,但几天后又出现上述故障现象。估计该机机械传动机构某个齿轮存在传动不良。卸下各传动齿轮仔细检查,发现副凸轮齿轮与连接齿轮在半加载状态这段位置有三个齿顶磨损严重,其中有一齿顶已断裂,因此造成传动时不能正
