胎龄评估在临床上日益普及,采用方法各异。我院自1982年建立四项指标的简易胎龄评估法(简法)后对临床诊治带来帮助,1987年经世界卫生组织要求,我院同时采用其新设计的九项评估指标(WHO法)试行测估,通过2年多的实践,现将此两法的对比观察结果报道如下。
Gestational age assessment is increasingly popular in clinical practice, using different methods. Our hospital since 1982 to establish four indicators of simple gestational age assessment method (simple method) to clinical diagnosis and treatment to help, in 1987 by the World Health Organization, our hospital also uses its newly designed nine evaluation indicators (WHO law ) Pilot test, through more than two years of practice, now the results of these two methods are reported below.
