目的:探讨陶瓷修复体的色彩与瓷层厚度的关系。方法:分别制作Φ为7mm,厚度为1.0、1.5、2.0mm的圆盘状A3色体瓷试件,在D65光源条件下,以分光光度计分别测试各组试件在黑色背景和在白色背景条件下的混和色。结果:①随瓷层厚度增加,试件的a*值、b*值增加,L*值在白色背景下增加,在黑色背景下减小;②随瓷层厚度增加,同一厚度体瓷试件于黑色背景的混和色和与白色背景的混和色之间的色差逐渐减小。结论:①随瓷层厚度减小,体瓷试件和背景色的混和色中黄红成分减少。②随瓷层厚度增加,体瓷试件的遮色能力逐渐增强。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the color of ceramic restoration and the thickness of porcelain. Methods: Disc-shaped A3 color porcelain specimens with Φ of 7mm and thickness of 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0mm were made respectively. Under the conditions of D65 light source, the specimens of each group were tested in black Background and mixed colors under white background conditions. Results: ①With the increase of the thickness of the porcelain layer, the a * value and b * value of the test piece increased, the L * value increased under the white background and decreased under the black background. ② With the increase of the porcelain layer thickness, The color difference between the blended color on the black background and the mixed color on the white background is gradually reduced. Conclusion: (1) With the decrease of the thickness of the porcelain layer, the yellow-red component in the mixed color of the porcelain specimen and the background color decreases. With the increase of the thickness of the porcelain layer, the color-shielding ability of the porcelain specimen gradually increases.
