目的通过测定弓形虫感染小鼠大蒜素治疗后黏膜部位SIgA含量,研究大蒜素在弓形虫感染免疫中所起作用。方法将雌性小鼠分成治疗组、感染组和对照组,用5×10~4个/只RH株弓形虫速殖子经口感染小鼠后大蒜素治疗,每天1次,于治疗后第0、2、4、6、8、10、12周断颈处死,冲洗上呼吸道、下呼吸道、肠道、阴道、子宫黏膜,夹心ELISA法测定SIgA抗体含量。结果在观察的时间段内,治疗组SIgA含量高于对照组和感染组,治疗后4、6、8周差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论大蒜素治疗经口感染弓形虫速殖子小鼠,能提高黏膜(特别是消化道黏膜)SIgA抗体含量,保护机体抵御病原体感染。
Objective To study the effect of allicin on the immunity of Toxoplasma gondii by measuring the content of SIgA in the mucosa of mice infected with Toxoplasma gondii. Methods Female mice were divided into treatment group, infection group and control group. Toxoplasma gondii were inoculated intraperitoneally with 5 × 10 ~ 4 RH / , 2,4,6,8,10,12 weeks off neck, upper respiratory tract, lower respiratory tract, intestinal, vaginal, uterine mucosa, sandwich ELISA method for determination of SIgA antibody levels. Results During the observation period, the SIgA level in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group and the infected group. There was a significant difference at 4, 6 and 8 weeks after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion Allicin treatment of tachyzoite mice infected with Toxoplasma gondii can increase mucosal (especially gastrointestinal mucosa) SIgA antibody content, protect the body against pathogen infection.
