分析了乳化液泵的滑块与滑道孔的磨损问题,指出滑块与滑道孔的配合间隙尤为关键。采用计算由热变形引起的间隙变化量的方法,修正滑块与滑道孔的装配间隙,其结果与生产实践中摸索出来的配合间隙吻合。此方法应用在设计中可以少走弯路。在生产制造中保证装配间隙控制在合理的范围,提高了产品的质量和寿命。
The problem of wear of slide block and slide hole of emulsion pump is analyzed. It is pointed out that the fitting gap between slide block and slide hole is particularly critical. Using the method of calculating the amount of change of the gap caused by the thermal deformation, the assembly clearance between the slider and the slideway hole is corrected, and the result is consistent with the matching clearance found in production practice. This method can be used in the design of detours. In manufacturing to ensure assembly clearance control in a reasonable range, improve product quality and life expectancy.
