建构发挥大学生党员模范作用长效机制,对于实现高校学生党员教育培养目标,提升当代大学生的世界观、人生观、价值观,实现全过程育人具有重要意义。本文从大学生党员发挥先锋模范作用的内容要求、实现途径和激励考评制度等方面提出建构发挥大学生党员模范作用机制,为做好新时期大学生党建工作提供借鉴。
Constructing the long-term mechanism of exerting the model role of college student party members is of great significance to realize the goal of college student party members ’education and training, to enhance contemporary college students’ world view, outlook on life and values, and to realize the whole process of educating people. In this paper, we put forward the mechanism of exerting model role of college student party members in the aspects of content requirements, ways of realization and evaluation system of motivation of college student party members, and provide reference for doing a good job in party building of college students in the new period.
