目前高职高专的人才培养方案制定基本上是在原有人才培养方案基础上进行的修修补补,专业带头人站在看起来成熟的课程体系中很难有新的突破与改革,新诞生的人才培养方案与市场、行业的需求渐行渐远。本文结合我校2017级计算机相关专业人才培养方案制定过程,确立专科人才培养方案制定的主体、指导思想、基本原则,并结合具体专业、具体培养方向、具体岗位需求、具体实践操作能力等一系列可操作环节,梳理出切实可行、科学的人才培养课程体系。旨在为专科专业人才培养方案的制定提供一种可以借鉴的操作模式、从而保证专科专业人才培养制定具有良好的操作架构。
