目的 观测 6 0~ 1 1 5岁健康儿童活动平板试验时的心率、血压变化及活动耐量。方法 运用活动平板机按照改良Bruce方案对 2 76名健康学龄儿童进行极量活动平板试验。结果 极量心率为静息时的 2 2~2 3倍 ,增加 1 2 0 /min ,其间有 2个高峰 ,分别为开始运动后的前 3min(增加 4 0 /min)及从走动转而开始跑动时 (增加 3 0 /min) ,恢复期心率以停止运动后第 1min减慢明显 (减慢 60 /min) ,但只有 2 5 6%的儿童在停止运动 1 0min后完全恢复。运动时血压升高 ,以收缩压增高为主 ,极量时收缩压升高约 3 5kPa ,舒张压增高 1 1kPa ,停止运动4min基本恢复正常。 8 0~ 1 1 5岁组男性较女性运动时间长 ;6 0~ 1 1 5岁男性儿童运动耐受时间随年龄增长而延长 ,而女性儿童则增高不明显。运动耐受时间与锻炼状态相关。结论 运动时极量心率、血压与运动耐受时间在不同年龄组有不同的变化 ,运动耐受时间 (运动耐量 )受年龄、性别、体重、锻炼程度影响。
Objective To observe the changes of heart rate, blood pressure and activity of healthy children at 60 ~ 115 years old during treadmill exercise test. Methods A total of 2 76 healthy school-aged children underwent active mass test with the active tablet according to the modified Bruce protocol. Results The maximal heart rate was 22 to 23 times higher at rest, with an increase of 120%, with two peaks during the first 3 minutes after exercise (increase of 40%) and a shift from ambulation During running (increase of 30 min), recovery heart rate slowed down significantly at the first minute after stopping (slowing down to 60 min), but only 2.56% of children recovered completely after stopping exercising for 10 minutes. Exercise blood pressure, systolic blood pressure increased mainly when the systolic blood pressure increased by about 3 5kPa, diastolic blood pressure increased 1 1kPa, stop exercising for 4min returned to normal. The prevalence of exercise tolerance in male children aged 80-1 115 years was longer than that in women. The duration of exercise tolerance in male children aged 60-1 115 years was prolonged with age, but not in female children. Exercise tolerance time and exercise related. Conclusion During exercise, the maximum heart rate, blood pressure and exercise tolerance time have different changes in different age groups. The exercise tolerance time (exercise tolerance) is influenced by age, sex, weight and exercise intensity.
