长期以来,我国的高校法学教学广泛存在着重视理论教学轻视实践教学的情况,尤其是改革开放后,这一现状已经在很大程度上影响了我国高校法学教学改革和教学质量的提升。建设法学实验室是改革高校法学教学、提高法学教学水平和学生实践应用能力的重要手段,在发达国家的法学高等教育中已经取得了较好的成绩。因此,加强对于高校法学实验室建设的研究,能够对解决当前存在我国高校法学教学过程中的问题起到重要作用。
For a long time, there is a widespread situation in our country’s law teaching in colleges and universities emphasizing the neglect of practice teaching in theoretical teaching. Especially after the reform and opening up, the status quo has greatly affected the reform of law teaching and the improvement of teaching quality in colleges and universities in our country. Building legal laboratories is an important means to reform law teaching in colleges and universities and improve the level of law teaching and practical ability of students. Good achievements have been made in higher education of law in developed countries. Therefore, strengthening the research on the construction of law laboratories in colleges and universities can play an important role in solving the current problems in the teaching of law in colleges and universities in our country.
