目的:分析过敏性紫癜(HSP)的临床特点,观察中西医结合治疗过敏性紫癜的疗效,以提高临床诊治水平。方法 :对2012年2月—2012年10月沈阳市辽宁中医药大学附属第一医院血液科门诊收治的156例HSP患者均采用中西医结合治疗,3个月为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程。结果 :临床治愈98例,显效34例,有效22例,无效2例,有效率占98.72%。结论 :中西医结合治疗过敏性紫癜效果显著。
Objective: To analyze the clinical features of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura (HSP) and observe the curative effect of Integrative Medicine in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura in order to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: 156 cases of HSP patients admitted to Department of Hematology, First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2012 to October 2012 were treated with Integrative Chinese and Western medicine. One course of treatment was 3 months, and one course of treatment . Results: 98 cases were clinically cured, 34 cases were markedly effective, 22 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective. The effective rate was 98.72%. Conclusion: Integrative treatment of allergic purpura significantly.
