2015年上半年,全国人大常委会开展了《职业教育法》执法检查。今年二月,教育部向人大常委会汇报《职业教育法》执法检查情况,并对《职业教育法》颁布实施近二十年进行了总结和梳理,在总结经验和查找问题的基础上,对职业教育发展,以及对《职业教育法》进行的修订和完善提出了具体的工作思路和措施,要求用创新发展理念,推进职业教育体制机制创新和制度建设,充分运用法治思维和法治方式,进一步推动我国现代职业教育全面改革,培养各类优秀人才。
