莫116井区地质条件复杂,前期评价阶段钻井均采用三开井身结构,为降低钻井综合成本,提高开发效益,2011年在该区块开展了二开不下技术套管的钻井研究工作。通过分析莫116井区已钻井的测井资料、录井和测试资料,确定地层三压力剖面,优化井筒已有的三开井身结构;根据钻具力学分析和前期实钻结果,确定了单钟摆的钻具组合形式;采用测井资料聚类分析方法得到莫116井区地层岩石可钻性参数,从而优选推荐与地层匹配的钻头选型;采用钾钙基有机盐钻井液体系,解决大段强水敏性泥页岩地层引起的长裸眼段井壁不稳定问题。上述钻井研究结果应用于莫116井区现场实践,实现了二开不下技术套管安全高效钻进的目标。
The geological conditions in Mo-116 well are complicated. In the early stage of evaluation, all wells are drilled with the structure of San Kai. In order to reduce the comprehensive drilling cost and improve the development benefit, the drilling research work with no casing under second technology was carried out in 2011. By analyzing well logging data, logging and testing data of Mo 116 well area, determining the three pressure profiles of the formation and optimizing the existing three-well structure of the wellbore. According to the mechanical analysis of the drilling tool and the results of the previous drilling, a single Pendulum drill combination; using logging data clustering analysis method to get Mo 116 well formation drillability parameters, and thus recommend the preferred bit matching formation; using potassium-based organic salt drilling fluid system to solve large Longwall section instability caused by long open eye sections caused by water - sensitive shale formations. The results of the above drilling study were applied to the field practice in Mo-116 well area to achieve the goal of safely and efficiently drilling under the second technology casing.
