目的用离子色谱法检测白山市自来水中亚氯酸盐含量,了解本市二氧化氯消毒产生的消毒副产物亚氯酸盐污染现状。方法水样经0.22μm滤膜过滤后,用离子色谱法直接进样检测,电导检测器,以相对保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果该方法在0.05~0.50 mg/L范围内有较好的线性关系,r=0.999 9。样品加标平均回收率为95.5%~96.7%,精密度为0.27%~1.15%,检出限为2.4μg/L。白山市内自来水共检测亚氯酸盐111份,含量均在0.01~0.20 mg/L之间。结论离子色谱法检测生活饮用水中亚氯酸盐方法可靠,回收率好。检测白山市生活饮用水中消毒副产物亚氯酸盐含量均在国家标准范围内,白山市自来水二氧化氯消毒后饮用相对安全。
Objective To detect the content of chlorite in tap water of Baishan by ion chromatography and to know the status of chlorite pollution in disinfection by-product of chlorine dioxide disinfection in this city. Methods After the water sample was filtered through 0.22μm membrane, it was directly injected into the sample by ion chromatography. The conductivity detector was characterized by relative retention time and the peak area was quantified. Results The method showed good linearity in the range of 0.05-0.50 mg / L, r = 0.999 9. The average recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 95.5% to 96.7% with the precision of 0.27% -1.15%. The detection limit was 2.4 μg / L. In Baishan city, 111 parts of chlorite were detected in tap water, all of which were in the range of 0.01 ~ 0.20 mg / L. Conclusion Ion chromatography for the determination of chlorite in drinking water is reliable and the recovery rate is good. Detection of drinking water in Baishan City disinfection byproduct chlorite content are in the national standard range, Baishan tap water chlorine dioxide drinking relatively safe.
