本文对小麦的7个亲本品种,21个杂交组合F_1的8个产量性状的一般配合力、特殊配合力和广、狭义遗传力进行了分析。并按穗数×穗粒数×粒重、草重×克草粒数×粒重和全重×经济系数等三种产量结构式讨论了各性状间一般配合力效应的关系。把亲本划分为生殖型和营养型,则F_1产量特殊配合力高的组合多属异型杂交,F_1产量特殊配合力低的组合一般属同型杂交。8个性状狭义遗传力依次为:千粒重92.52%、克草粒数84.81%、经济系数60.68%、穗粒数58.87%、株草重23.28%、株穗数21.54%、株粒重19.58%、株全重18.55%。遗传力居前四位的性状其广、狭义遗传力顺序一致。本文关于克草粒数和经济系数遗传规律的研究结果,对高产育种具较大的参考价值。
In this paper, the general combining ability, special combining ability and broad and narrow heritability of eight yield traits of seven parental varieties and 21 hybrid combinations of wheat F1 were analyzed. The relationship between the general combining ability (GCA) effect of each trait was discussed according to the three yield structures of spike number × spike number × grain weight, grass weight × g grain number × grain weight and total weight × economic coefficient. The parents were divided into genotypes and nutritional types, the combination of F_1 with high yield and special combining ability was heterosexual, and the combination with low F_1 yield and combining ability was generally of the same type. The narrow heritability of the eight traits were as follows: the mean grain weight was 92.52%, the grain number was 84.81%, the economic coefficient was 60.68%, the number of spike grains was 58.87%, the strain weight was 23.28%, the panicle weight was 21.54%, the grain weight was 19.58% Full weight 18.55%. Heritability among the top four traits of its wide, narrow sense of heritability consistent. In this paper, the results of the study on the genetic rules of kelpgrass grain number and economic coefficient have great reference value for high-yielding breeding.
