本文以棉籽油脂肪酸及三乙醇胺为原料合成了棉籽油脂肪酸三乙醇胺酯的表面活性剂的中间体,通过单因素实验优化法和正交实验优化法,对影响该反应的反应时间、反应温度、投料比进行优化,确定了其合成的较佳工艺条件为:温度为190℃、时间为3h25min、投料比(棉籽油脂肪酸与三乙醇胺摩尔比)为1.4:1。在此较佳工艺条件下,测得脂肪酸的转化率为92.84%,并根据傅立叶红外光谱仪进行结构表征,确定为目的产物。
In this paper, cottonseed oil fatty acid and triethanolamine were used as raw materials to synthesize the surfactant of cottonseed oil fatty acid triethanolamine ester. Through the single factor experiment optimization method and orthogonal experiment optimization method, the reaction time, reaction temperature, The optimal process conditions were as follows: the temperature was 190 ℃, the time was 3h25min, the feed ratio (molar ratio of cottonseed oil fatty acid to triethanolamine) was 1.4: 1. Under the optimum conditions, the conversion of fatty acids was 92.84%, and the structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy to determine the target product.
