随着新课程改革思想的日渐推进,在教育教学过程中结合学生实际情况对学生因材施教的要求也逐渐受到重视,因此分层教学法被广泛应用于教育教学改革探索工作中,希望能够借助对分层教学理念的应用,增强教学的针对性,保证学生的学习效果。从分层教学法对初中数学教学的启示和借鉴入手进行分析,系统研究了分层教学法的实践应用,希望能有效促进初中数学教学质量的提高。
