中共中央党校、中国社会科学院“中国社会形势分析与预测”课题组对在中央党校学习的部分地(厅)级干部学员进行问卷调查。调查结果表明:在判断2001年改革的关注点时,33.6%的干部最关注政治体制改革、机构人事改革。其关注率分别为25%、14.1%,居第二、第三位。值得关注而又耐人寻味的是:与1999年的同类调查相比,排在第一位的前三项关注率排序正好倒过来,这一变化的深刻含义在于:对推进政治
The CPC Central Committee Party School and the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Research Team on “Analysis and Prediction of Social Situations in China” carried out a questionnaire survey on some cadres at the Central Party School for study. The survey results show that in judging the focus of the 2001 reform, 33.6% of the cadres are most concerned about political system reform and institutional personnel reform. Their attention rates were 25%, 14.1%, ranking second and third place. It is noteworthy and intriguing that compared with the same type of survey in 1999, the rankings of the top three concernors in the top rankings are just the opposite.
