分别采用失重法、增重法、体积法测定了4种泡腾片中的二氧化碳量。结果表明3种方法测得数据比较接近,其RSD分别为2.7%-5.5%;4.6%-5.4%;5.4%-5.9%。
The amount of carbon dioxide in the four effervescent tablets was determined using the weight loss method, weight gain method, and volume method, respectively. The results showed that the data obtained by the three methods were similar, with RSDs of 2.7%-5.5%, 4.6%-5.4%, and 5.4%-5.9%, respectively.
