通过对环烷酸改性经由环烷酸与三氯化磷合成环烷酰氯、环烷酰氯氯化合成氯代环烷酰氯、氯代环烷酰氯水解合成氯代环烷酸及氯代环烷酸与异辛醇、磺化煤油混合再皂化四个反应过程最终合成皂化氯代环烷酸萃取体系。由红外光谱测试分析合成过程中反应物、中间产物、最终产物有机相的基团特征峰吸收频率变化,结果表明该合成方法可以实现环烷酰氯、氯代环烷酰氯以及氯代环烷酸皂化萃取体系即皂化的氯代环烷酸—异辛醇—煤油萃取体系的成功合成。

The change of absorption peak of the characteristic peaks of reactants, intermediates and final organic phase in the synthesis process was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that this method could be used for the saponification of naphthenic chloride, chlorocycloalkane chloride and chlorinated naphthenic acid Extraction system is the successful synthesis of saponified chlorinated naphthenic acid - isooctanol - kerosene extraction system.
