目的通过评价重庆某公司原料码头的职业病危害现状,为制定职业病防治指施提供依据。方法采取职业卫生学调查、职业病危害因素检测和职业健康监护等方法。结果该企业存在的主要职业病危害因素有噪声、煤尘、其他粉尘,经检测,工作场所噪声共检测48点次,噪声强度大于85 dB(A)的仅1点次,为85.3 dB(A),个体噪声共检测6人次,各工种每周40 h等效声级值最高为69.4 dB(A);煤尘(总尘、呼尘)共检测60件,其他粉尘(总尘)共检测27件,各工种的其他粉尘(总尘)检测结果均符合国家标准限值要求,但1号码头皮带工存在煤尘(呼尘)浓度超标的情况,时间加权平均浓度为3.02 mg/m~3。近3 a的职业健康检查结果中未发现职业病患者和疑似职业病者。结论该企业应重点控制和预防噪声和粉尘等职业危害因素。
Objective To evaluate the status quo of occupational hazards in the raw material terminals of a certain company in Chongqing and provide the basis for the development of occupational disease prevention and control facilities. Methods to take occupational hygiene survey, occupational hazards and occupational health monitoring methods such as monitoring. Results The main risk factors of occupational diseases in the enterprise were noise, coal dust and other dusts. A total of 48 points of noise were detected and 85.3 dB (A) was detected at one point when the noise intensity was more than 85 dB (A) , 6 individual noise tests were conducted, and the highest equivalent sound level value was 40.4 dB (A) at 40 h intervals for each type of work. A total of 60 coal dusts (dust and dust) were detected and a total of 27 dusts The test results of other dusts (total dusts) of all kinds of work all met the national standard limit requirements. However, the concentration of coal dust (dust) in No. 1 terminal belt workers exceeded the standard. The time weighted average concentration was 3.02 mg / m ~ 3 . Occupational diseases and suspected occupational diseases were not found in the occupational health examination results in the past 3 years. Conclusion The enterprise should focus on controlling and preventing occupational hazards such as noise and dust.
