将石墨、铌粉、硒粉按配比称取,置于密闭体系中,于750℃下,固相反应制备出二硒化铌纳米棒,并使用X射线衍射、能量散射谱、扫描电镜和透射电镜对其进行结构形貌进行表征。结果表明,制得的NbSe2纳米棒,结晶性好,直径为20~100 nm,长度约1μm。将得到的NbSe2棒与石墨的原位复合物作为润滑添加剂应用到液体石蜡中,使用UMT-2球-盘模式摩擦磨损测试仪考察其摩擦学性能。结果发现,低达0.5%~1.0%(质量比)NbSe2纳米棒的加入,能有效地改善石蜡的减摩抗磨性能,显示出良好的润滑性能。
The graphite, niobium powder and selenium powder were weighed according to the proportions and placed in a closed system. The niobium selenide nanorods were prepared by solid phase reaction at 750 ℃. X-ray diffraction, energy dispersive spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and transmission Electron microscopy was used to characterize its structure. The results show that the obtained NbSe2 nanorods have good crystallinity, a diameter of 20-100 nm and a length of about 1 μm. The obtained in-situ composite of NbSe2 rod and graphite was applied as lubricant additive to the liquid paraffin, and its tribological properties were investigated using a UMT-2 ball-and-disk friction and wear tester. The results showed that adding as little as 0.5% to 1.0% (mass ratio) of NbSe2 nanorods can effectively improve the friction and wear resistance of paraffin and show good lubricity.
