自1992年截至2010年末,全国各级工会广泛开展“进万家门、知万家情、解万家难、暖万家心”的送温暖活动,累计筹集资金363亿元,走访153万家困难企业,慰问8978万户困难职工和568万名农民工。送温暖工程的主要内容:(一)完善特困职工档案制度。各省、市、县、企业工会四级分别以特困职工家庭为主要对象,建立起特困职工档案,并实行动态管理。
