作为学校教师培养、教育教学、科研的基层组织,教研组在很长一段时期内发挥了积极作用。随着新课改的推进,传统的教研组越来越难以适应时代要求与教师成长。而专业学习共同体既能满足教师个人专业发展的需求,也能因合作学习促进教研组团队专业水平的提升,从而满足学生全方位发展需求。本文对中小学教研组建构专业学习共同体的路径加以探究。
As a grass-roots organization of school teacher training, education, teaching and research, the teaching and research group has played a positive role for a long time. With the advancing of the new curriculum reform, it is increasingly difficult for the traditional teaching and research group to adapt to the requirements of the times and teachers’ growth. The professional learning community can not only meet the needs of teachers’ individual professional development, but also promote the professional level of teaching and research team as a result of cooperative learning so as to meet the all-round development needs of students. This article explores the path of building a professional learning community for primary and secondary teaching and research groups.
