用100℃盐水与乙醇作为介入疗法的介质对家兔经腹壁穿刺进行肝脏注射,对比观察二者对肝脏损伤的范围及程度。实验结果显示,100℃盐水与乙醇作用相同,可致肝组织坏死。但同等剂量100℃盐水较乙醇对肝组织损伤的范围小,对坏死灶周围肝组织累及的范围亦小,损伤的程度也明显较乙醇轻。提示:100℃盐水可取替乙醇作为介入疗法的介质,既可杀伤肿瘤细胞,又可使正常肝组织的损伤降低到最小范围。
Rabbits were injected into the liver by abdominal puncture with 100 °C saline and ethanol as interventional medium. The extent and extent of liver injury were observed. The experimental results showed that 100 °C saline and ethanol have the same effect, can cause liver tissue necrosis. However, the same dose of 100°C saline had less damage to the liver tissue than ethanol, and the extent of involvement of the liver tissue around the necrotic lesion was also small. The degree of injury was also significantly lighter than that of ethanol. Tip: 100 °C saline can replace ethanol as a medium for interventional therapy, both to kill tumor cells, but also to normal liver tissue damage to a minimum range.
