目的探讨喉癌组织BcL2和Bax基因蛋白表达与喉癌发生、发展的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法测定15例正常人声带组织和73例喉癌组织标本中BcL2和Bax基因蛋白表达。结果喉癌组织中BcL2基因蛋白表达阳性检出率452%,喉癌组织中Bax基因蛋白表达阳性检出率603%,差异有显著意义(P<005)。喉癌组织中BcL2和Bax基因蛋白的表达呈明显的负相关关系(r=-071,P<005)。结论喉癌组织中BcL2和Bax基因蛋白表达的失调可能与喉癌的发生、发展有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in laryngeal carcinoma and the occurrence and development of laryngeal carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the protein expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in 15 cases of normal human vocal cord tissue and 73 cases of laryngeal carcinoma. Results The positive rate of Bcl-2 gene expression in laryngeal carcinoma was 452%, while the positive rate of Bax gene in laryngeal carcinoma was 603% (P <0.05). The expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax genes in laryngeal carcinoma showed a significant negative correlation (r = -071, P <005). Conclusion The imbalance of BcL2 and Bax gene expression in laryngeal carcinoma may be related to the occurrence and development of laryngeal carcinoma.
